Founded in February 2004, the AREA 51 Telecom is a medium ISP based in the city of Ponta Porã, which is 350km (217 miles) from the capital of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul in Brazil in the far west of the country we serve as a transit operator for other providers in the region.
